Cool. Bet that was a blast on the big screen. You get to see all kinds of great stuff living in L.A. - but of course, you have to live there, too...! :wink:

Hopefully this means there are DVDs in the works. Sounds like the print of Mosura was terrific.

What a great movie the original Mothra truly is. I'm starting to wear out my VHS copy. Subbed or TITRA dubbed, it'd be a very welcome addition to my kaiju eiga DVD collection.

I'm really starting to appreciate Sony for all the work they've put into and respect they've shown Tohos SF films over the last 5 years. I honestly never thought I'd see the day when any studio was releasing Toho SFX films anywhere near the quality that Sony has given us. I figured we'd get a bunch of pan and scan DVDs ala KKvsG and not much else.

So thank you Sony.

I hear ya. We should be thankful for what we're getting. While there still is some room for improvement, Sony should be given credit for their bold moves in releasing these films.
