Just having watched the movie, I can say that this complaint is nonsense. :naughty: A part of the movie deals with the subject of prejudices against foreigners, but that does not make it a movie supporting racism.

I must say I was not too impressed with GARUDA. If I had the choice between REPTILIAN and GARUDA I'ld go for REPTILIAN, because despite all it's flaws it's still a "real" Kaiju movie featuring action packed battles and enough senseless mass destruction to please me. GARUDA, on the other hand, is more a mixture between horror and action. In my opinion, GARUDA in many respects is way better than REPTILIAN (actors, dialogues, special effects etc.), but a little disappointing if you're out for a straight giant monster movie.

If you two think Garuda's effects were the same as what you'd see in a Sci-Fi Originals movie...then you haven't seen many Sci-Fi Originals movies.
