GAPPA IS CRAPPA!

The English language trailer for GAPPA is infinately more entertaining than the movie itself. And if I recall correctly, GAPPA also features a Japanese kid who is supposed to be Polynesian that they covered in make-up to make his skin appear darker but the make-up keeps coming off so he changes shades throughout the movie.

I wholeheartedly enjoyed the movie. I thought the charcters, stories special effects etc were great. While not my favorite movie it was highly memorable. GAAAAPAAAA!!!

How many people here saw the JAPANESE version? Just wondering . . .

I still think the Japanese version of Gappa is a hell of a lot better than the US version. Yes, they are different.
