I've been itching to reveal this scoop for some time after hearing all of your prayers for more daikaiju from Japan. Well now I can. A new feature length daikaiju film is coming and from an amazingly talented artist/creator and with the help of a crew of daikaiju cinema regulars. As 'Gojira' was spawned from the trajedy of the atomic bomb this daikaiju has been birthed from the recent tsunami! Check "Undead Backbrain"s article here for the goods!!:

This exciting new film, 'Godzilla', 'Pacific Rim', 'Advancing Titans' and a few others. Might we finally get to see a rebirth of the daikaiju subgenre??

If the creatures are anything like his art... as the article suggests... then this is going to be a really trippy movie.

Another one to be excited about I think. I like the direction they're going with the subject matter.

This one sounds interesting...looking forward to trailers and stills!

Now before anyone assumes the kaiju are all gonna be cute and cuddly like in the images here's a quote from our first article; "where each child is paired with a small monster. It doesn't show much, like, at all but what it does show looks quite pretty. I'm crossing my fingers in hope that we'll get some practical kaiju effects when they inevitably grow giant. This is definitely one of my most anticipated films of this year.
