I love the moment in GMK when the woman screams and Godzilla reacts to it. He looks so annoyed, and promptly removes that which annoyed him.

including:
Mechagodzilla breaks/tears off Angilas's bottom jaw
Godzilla being beaten bloody and becoming a missile pincushion
Mechagodzilla's head getting torn off and then him exploding

Some other favorites:
-Pretty much any Gamera movie: Gamera continuing to fight bravely after being beaten/impaled/gored nearly to death
-War of the Gargantuas: Sanda finding out about Gaira's dietary habits, then pulling a tree out of the hillside and thrashing him with it
-Terror of Mechagodzilla: Godzilla running through Mechagodzilla's barrage of beams and rockets (fins on fire and all) and pummeling him when he finally makes it through
