Some questions about MGM's Brenco titles

I have two questions about MGM's materials for the Brenco US cuts of The Last War, The Human Vapor and Gorath.

1) What types of elements does MGM have of these films? Are they scope and 35mm, or fullscreen and 16mm? Are they dupes, interpositives, or something different altogether?

2) I'm aware that the Brenco materials are in bad shape right now, but are they still salvageable? Are the elements at least usable enough for MGM to pull of a restoration of them?
