The person who originally posted this scan, received it through a Japanese friend who had taken it from a a library-bound, archival copy of Japan's premiere movie magazine, Kinema Jumpo. The magazine is still in operation to this day.

Posted: Mon Jun 16, 2014 3:20 pmDefinitely a very interesting tidbit. I have to wonder how much of these rumors are real and how much of it is an urban legend? Too bad we'll never know most if not all the evidence was destroyed during the firebombings on Japan during WWII. As for Edwards and Legendary's next Godzilla sequel, I say no to a King Kong appearance. I say fools to those that actually want to see King Kong and Godzilla fight again. Maybe in a spin-off parody direct to video movie but for a feature length film in theatres? Uh...no!
