The latest addition to the guest list for the Egyptian Theatre's Godzilla Anniversary Film Festival is popular STAR TREK actor George Takei.
Mr Takei started as a voice actor for the English dubs of some Japanese films (including GIGANTIS THE FIRE MONSTER and RODAN) in the 1950s. RODAN was his first professional acting job so he's agreed to attend the screening on Sunday, June 27th and take part in a Q&A discussion afterwards.

Cool. Takei's got such a cool voice; he could do the VO for a feminine hygene commercial and make it sound dramatic.
Oh, and hadn't gotten a chance to tell you, but great sig! I swear, it would be about as useful as the real thing
