I think a remake of Rodan would be cool...and this time have one of the meganuron develope into a new Megaguirus so there would be a cool battle between Meg and the two adult Rodans. I think it would be a neat way of remaking and maybe even adding something extra fun to the mix.

As much as I agree with Megalo that the film industry in general has gone overboard with remakes, I am of the persuasion that more kaiju films by Toho that don't star Mothra or Godzilla will be a good thing. A remake of Rodan would be fine in my book if done right- And stick to the superior, hellish design of the original Rodan. I never really cared for any of Rodan's appearances past the first film, even though I liked the character.

Hey, a fellow Pennsylvanian !!!
I agree with the Rodans. The first Rodan movie, he was cool looking. Had a nasty look on his face. When we see him next in Ghidrah.. he looks sort of cartoonish. Kinda like what McDonalds did with the hamburgler so as not to scare the kiddies !! :evil:
