Toho owns Yonggary?

Well in light of some recent controversy at the Gamefaqs/Gamespot Godzilla Save the Earth Xbox Game MB some user posted that Yonggary will be in the game and the monsters rights have been bought by Toho. Now I want to know is this correct or is it just some idiot trying to start controversy.

I myself don't believe him but some poor kid does and I don't mean to be harsh on him but hey what can you do.

Any help on the subject would be apperciated.
