Godzilla's personality

Well, I was thinking about what type of personality Godzilla has and i have it locked down between two, he's a either the typical school yard bully, or a pacifist just wanting to be left alone but extemely angry when provoked. What do you think?

I think he's more of the guy who just wanders around until someone messes with him and then he kicks the crap out of them!

I've always thought of him as very, very territorial...hence, reasoning for fighting the other monsters - "Damnit, no-one smashes Tokyo but ME! And maybe the boy!"
Also, prolly the kind of guy who would burn ants with a magnifying glass.
