I just saw this being shared online. I have no context other than it's something about My Hero Academia movie. Anyone can translate this?

It's a character from the new My Hero Academia movie... that looks like Godzilla.

Can't find much info about this yet, but apparently this is a Toho production so I guess it's an official appearance?
Toho did say they were gonna be more chill about the use of Godzilla's likeness...

Well, they just sold me on a ticket to this movie!
(Actually, I'm watching the show on Toonami and very much enjoying it, so I probably would've seen it anyway)
