Monster Zero x SciFi Japan - Archive Only

Does anyone have a general email address for Toho? I've been on their Japanese and English versions of their homepage and there is absolutely no "contact" information...No email, no submission form, nothing. I remember years ago they did have an email link. Does anyone still have a valid one?

Have you tried contacting someone like August Ragone or Keith Aiken? One of the more prominent "professional" fans like that who's worked with Toho before could probably point you in the right direction.
