Posted: Tue Jan 16, 2018 9:34 pm^That's an underrated moment in the movie. Ford is a blank for a lot of the movie, but not in that scene. Maybe more scenes with his family would've helped? A flashback when he's unconscious after the Muto attack at the bridge?

Posted: Tue Jan 16, 2018 9:40 pmI don't think they needed more of him with his family - less is more, and we get the necessary iceberg details - so much as for his storyline and characterization to be more focused within the existing structure.
