Thanks, I'm fascinated by this aspect of the suits. I wasn't able to find any images for the head piece of GvsKG, but i imagine its pretty similar to G'92. I also didnt find anything explicitly indicating "Little Godzilla" from Space Godzilla used a head armature, it looks more like a foam muppet head from the suit pictures i've looked at, but the scenes where he is walking towards Space Godzilla and roaring make me wonder since he is using both arms and moving his mouth (so not a Big Bird set up with the arms)

It's interesting to see the differences between the GMK piece and the rest.

I'll never understand why they put that weird downward curve in the mouth of the kiryu-goji head. With these pictures, you can clearly see it was part of the design and not some weird unintended consequence. It's not the only reason I don't love that suit, but it's probably the worst offender.

And to echo the other posts, thanks! These are really neat. I love how you can tell the GMK head was made to be much more dynamic, with a neck that could turn and bend (not just pivot at specific hard points). Not sure it translated as well in the final results on screen, but very cool design and idea none-the-less.

What's that image they're working from? Image looks like a digital model based off of the '54 design, which is a bit different from how the final suit turned out.

That's so cool. I wish we had gotten more commercials out of that suit.
