Living in a world where Godzilla is real?

I've always wondered this to myself since I was a little boy watching the Showa series on TV. How or would you want to live in a world where Godzilla was real? How would you feel? Would you be scared to be living in a world where an indestructible monster was alive? Would you be in awe of him? Would you want to see him up close? Would you consider him to be a menace and see him killed? When I was watching these movies every Saturday, these were questions that I actually used to ask myself. I use to think that it would be cool to be living in a world where Godzilla was real.

I'd be okay with it. I live in Kentucky and I nowhere near a major population center. If he were real and kaiju behaved the way they did in the films I'd just steer clear of major cities.

I think i'd have it on my bucket list to see him up close... just like i want do a shark tank with Great Whites sometime before i die (preferably not immediately before)

I pondered the thought as a child but as an adult with all going on in the world as is, who needs any more disasters?

I live in Las Vegas. We're still sweeping up from the female Muto's stroll.
On the plus side, we have a way of keeping a nuclear waste dump from being built at Yucca Mountain -- put it on a barge, send it to the South Pacific, and feed Godzilla so he doesn't have to come ashore.

Actually, it would be quite scary because, as was feared in some of the movies, it won't be just the monster, but a nuclear option would definitely be on the table. And of course, what if some hothead rogue General (like in "Dr. Strangelove"), decides to go it alone - sacrifice thousands in order to save millions, being the motto.

I would not like the idea of a real Godzilla who could destroy any coastal city. I try to live far away from any coastal cities if he really exist.
