Monster Zero x SciFi Japan - Archive Only

In recent weeks, either MFW or me have posted a few links to a podcast called Movie Wars. We did one for GFW and one for GvsMGII. The general idea is that one side likes a movie and the other side dislikes the movie and we do a running audio commentary.

After our latest episode, GvsMGII, we decided to hang on and do a discussion of Godzilla and kaiju in general. We basically blitz through the series, leaving aside any films where we all agree (so, we don't really discuss the original film at all) and just briefly stating our opinions on films where there are great divides in our tastes. We also get into Gamera slightly, Ultraman a little bit, Superman for some reason, and as the night wears on and I get drunker and drunker (remember, I did a drinking game with GvsMGII) the insanity starts to spread and Byrd starts talking about unmade Godzilla projects where Godzilla gets diabetes.

A movie where Godzilla gets diabetes? Sounds like it should be a Heisei film placed right before Godzilla vs Destoroyah; we all saw the sudden weight gain in the films.
