Millennium hands down.

Ultimately, as a series, the Millenium series is better, although its highs are never as high as the highest Heisei film (Biollante) and its lows (Megaguirus) are the greatest abominations to Godzilla-dom, even moreso than the Heisei series' lows.

Still, exclude Megaguirus and Biollante from consideration, chuck all the remaining films into a bag and pick one at random, and I'll be PRAYING for a Millenium film.

Heisei. I love Godzilla's power and strength in these films. Not the weak 60M Godzilla from the Millennium films (not counting GMK) . Its all a matter of opinion really. To me, I find most Millennium movies to be boring moreso than Heisei. G2000 had a bit of charm, but GXM was dull as dishwater. GXMG & Tokyo SOS were boring retreads of previous characters, and I'm not even going to touch Final Wars, though to be fair, it has a higher "fun factor" than most of the other Millennium films.

Its simple. As Godzilla's films progress the law of diminishing returns is applied

Showa= Best
Heisei= Good
Millennium=Passable
???=God Awful (I hope this is not the case)

Yeah, Megaguirus is really the worst of the Millennium stuff, but 5 out of 6 of those films I don't mind watching at all and would rather watch than any of the 1990s Heisei films.

Hesei for me...easily. I find most of the Millennium films either poorly made(Final Wars, Megagiras) or boring(pretty much the rest). GMK is decent...SOS is passable. To each their own I guess. "shrugs"

See, I'm just the opposite. While the Millennium films are hit or miss I feel like the Heisei films are just a pile of inept effects work and boring ass stories and characters.
