Toho Co., Ltd. has dispatched its lawyers against a Maine eatery for "trademark infringement."

To me, it's not about how much the logo looks like Godzilla. They have something that resembles Godzilla with a clear play on the Godzilla name.

I feel like you can have one or the other as far as Toho is concerned, but not both...

Curious. I wonder what Toho is doing about the company that produces those huge inflatables that are seen at car dealers all over the country? I remember one that was stolen at one such dealer in Austin, Texas some years back. A big reward was posted on local newscasts but it was never recovered.
