The Showa Mechagodzilla costume, tattered and dirty as it looks now, is surprisingly still usable! The costume is still in reasonably good condition, and is in Kouichi Kawakita's collection, IIRC. So is the Titanosaurus head (or head puppet).

I'm also sure that there's nothing left of the other suits from that era, except for some heads (the heads of the Daisensou-Goji and Kong from King Kong Escapes are now owned by collector Shin Watanabe).

I wouldn't be surprised if the 90s Mechagodzilla and MOGUERA were still in good condition.

I don't know for certain with regards to orga and megaguirus, but more often than not, for shots like that they'll make what are referred to as "pyro models" that are much cheaper duplicates (often much less detailed then the regular model or prop) to be blown up. I'd suspect that's what you saw for both monsters.

Ah, thanks. The reason I brought this topic up was because somewhere (I think in the Next Era forum) mentioned doing an Ultraman style show with Godzilla. I just started wondering how many suits they had stored. Heck they have enough, maybe make about 5 or 6 new kaiju to add in the mix, and they have a show. Well I'll stop there so that the topic stays on topic.

I stumbled across this picture on google images once. It's King Kong & Gorosaurus on the toho lot in 1984.

Here's the website that it comes from, where the author mistakenly identifies Gorosaurus as Godzilla.
