Godzilla vs...Wolf Man?

It's from a book called "Godzilla: Super Diorama Theater." About all I can get is that the monster is supposed to be a "Wolf-Man." The Godzilla suit is either a really good custom, or the real Kingoji suit!
Any ideas as to whether this is an actual failed lost film, or just a fan-film?[/img]
