Any of the designs could really be adapted to a fighting game as a 3-D polygon-based model. The Miregoji and Giragoji suits themselves were stiff as hell, but we've already seen how they can really be used in-game without the constraints that suits have.

The '84 Godzilla could be used just the same, although I personally wouldn't go for it as I'm not fond of that design (the head kills it for me, even though the rest of the body is great). I'd say Godzilla '64 or '04 would be most cut out for a game like Unleashed though.
