I believe it's a three-way tie for me between Rodan, Gorosaurus, and Angilas. Rodan because he fought Godzilla to a draw and then buddied up with him (nice character touch, I thought); Gorosaurus because he's so intelligent--the kick that brought down Ghidorah showed him to be pretty smart--and had great on-screen chemistry with Godzilla; and finally Angilas, because he's just such a scrapper. He's a great friend to Godzilla and won't leave his side in battle...even though he pretty much gets the p!$$ beaten out of him in every movie.
