All of the scientists in Terror of Mechagodzilla always left an impression in my mind, odd as that may sound. From the scene where they're discussing Titanosaurus sinking the first submarine to finding the space titanium and tracking down the Simeons to building the supersonic transmitter, they kept those scenes of the movie interesting to watch.

I always found the assasin in GTTHM to be intersting.

Plus, i found Kenji Sahara's character in GvsKG and GvsMGII, Director Segawa, to be interesting.

Not a Godzilla film, but I liked Robert Dunham's character as the diamond/insurance agent in Dogora.

The interpol agent in GvsMG 74 was always intriguing.

Yoshio Tsuchiya's role as the brainwashed Monster Island scientist in DAM....his demeanor was downright creepy, and his emotionless, straight-faced suicide packed a punch.

...Actually, pretty much any role Yoshio Tsuchiya played in kaiju films is memorable. Very underrated actor in the genre. From Matango to Son of Godzilla, to GvsKG, he had a knack for creating memorable characters that, if in the hands of someone else, would be easily forgotten.

the UFO expert guy in Ghidorah the Three-Headed Monster is deliciously ridiculous!

"How'd the Princess survive a plane explosion?!"

"Well she obviously fell into another dimension through a rift created by her exploding plane. Duh."



The guy isn't even serious by Toho-science standards, IMO. It seems like that's what was intended though. Heh...
