Godzilla 1985 for it's eerie musical score and great cinematography! Out of the two 80's Godzilla films, this was the one that felt like it came from that decade (I like 80's movies, by the way).
The original Gojira, of course, for it's somber, haunting mood. Check out the train station attack scene, where you see people huddled together, blood and grime smeared on their faces, watching in horror as Godzilla lumbers through the station, knocking down a lightpole like it was a puny sapling. All this pulled along by Ifukube's dirge and you get a scene that pretty much sums up the feeling of the movie as a whole!
