If by presentation you mean best entrance, then I would say GMK.
If by presentation you mean how the character was portrayed throughout the flick, then that would be more difficult to answer. The Godzilla from the 1970's was not my favorite incarnation, but I can't argue that presentation wise he lived up always to what the film makers intended for the particular film.
Not to get off on a rant or anything.....

Well, I like all of them - except that stupid Gino thing. But my personal fav is the Terror Of Mechagodzilla version. I liked his powerful looking arms and tough, almost cobra-like face. Plus he was an exceptionally great fighter in that, punching, head-butting, etc.
As for his entrance, well G54 was the most scary, second was GvsTheThing, KKvsG was also really cool when he broke from the iceberg. But again my fav is T of MG when his obscured figure appears behind a building to blast Titanosaurus with his atomic breath.

Showa Godzilla. All of them, from Godzilla King of the Monsters!, to Godzilla 1985. The other ones are cool too.
