Info on a voice-actor in the "international dubs"

For the three people that care, I found this interesting article about a guy who did some of the voice-acting in the "international dubs" everyone around here seems to hate so much even though the voice-actors are just as bad as the original Japanese cast if you can understand Japanese (okay, 60% of the actors in the Showa-era were maybe passable as real actors).



It even says that he dubs communist propaganda films. I guess then everyone who likes the international dubs are...COMMIES!

Former Lieutenant Colonel Rik Thomas of the British Special Forces could kick Petie Fernadez' ass anyday!




And for the two people that care, I should be able to interview one of the cast members from Varan the Unbelievable soon :)

Now we know one of the people responsible for the classic "but still" dubbing! Thanks for the article!

I did hear somewhere years ago that Omni Productions is the name of the company that does the dubbing and stuff. While the quality is a long ways off from the Golden Days, it's great to know they're still in business!
