Got it. That's a real good eye. Mothra vs. Godzilla. Arguably THE Godzilla movie of the Golden Age of Showa G films. Lot's of great images from this movie.

Can you spot the wires that pulls up Godzilla's tail in this shot?

Biollante is the only non-showa film that would make my overall top 5...maybe 10

Bio-Goji is my favorite in that particular string of suits just because the way its shot. Every time that body-type is used after this I just think its this big unwieldy fat nothing. Although the Desu-Goji suit looks pretty cool.

Also, Russzilla, I don't know if I said it before (and I'm too tired/lazy right now to check) but this is a great idea for a threat. Thanks for doing it!

Looks like Teruyoshi Nakano's spfx work and the miniature of the building looks like something from the Heisei era so I'd say Godzilla 1985

I think it's from that fantasy scene showing what would happen if Godzilla exploded. It's been a while since I've watched the movie, though.

That's right. Godzilla vs. Destroyah. News that Godzilla was going to die spread like wildfire all over the world. CNN, MTV, local newspapers. Even the local news station in Philly (WPVI- Channel 6) ran a story about it. "Godzilla Dies!" I probably over did it on the images, but there was alot of nice scenes in this film.

The shot of Godzilla's face while he's freezing is like one of the only things about Godzilla vs. Destoroyah that I unabashedly LOVE. Everything else about it is as lifeless as Momoko Kochi's performance.
