That's all I'm showing for now. There's definitely more where that came from and way more in the works. GBR is still alive & well and definitely nearing completion towards a full sequence. There's still quite a handful of fx shots to finish, then will come the final editing of the sequence, the sound leveling, and then will come that moment where I hit the export button and "pray" all goes off without a hitch.

For those of you who attended the rough cut showing at Gfest, I thank you all again for coming out and for all the kind words and appreciation towards the effort and contribution we tried to put out.

I hope to have the thing finished sometime between Xmas/New Years and the release of the new Godzilla film. Whether I put it up on youtube/vimeo before or after G-fest will depend on how they want to showcase it. Assuming I'm successful, I might release it a month after the new film or right after G-fest. Thanks again everyone.

I honestly hope you don't go too dark...something like this, by virtue of its low-budgetness should be fun, first and foremost.

I can't believe how well my vid has been doing lately (esp with the Legendary Trailer helping to generate youtube interest in Godzilla). Up to 41,000 views and almost 150 likes.

Cant thank all you enough for all the support and esp those who've helped share the vid and spread the word on our project. I'm now down to nearly 100 shots left to finish (give or take) and then the final edit and sound edit will commence finally.

For those who are new to this, I hope this may be a fun appetizer while waiting for the Legendary Godzilla. Thanks again for the love, (or hate ), wish me luck on the final steps, and Happy Holidays.

Well its official!! 100,000 VIEWS today within 6 months of being up !!!!!!!!! This is definitely a happy day for me and for all that helped, assisted and supported me with this project. Can't thank you all enough again.

150,000 Views in 8 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't keep thanking you all enough for all the help/support/love you'v given this hard fought effort.

I'm also happy to announce that the film is nearing full completion. My directors cut sequence, totaling out to 92 minutes is complete and I have already added about 75-80% of the sound/music so far. I'd say within another few weeks I should have a finished version ready.

However, once Legendary Godzilla hits theaters in less than 2 months, I'll be releasing a "final trailer" on youtube.

At G-fest, according to what the fans want, I'll either show the full version or a version that fast forwards through what I presented last year and picks up where I left off only showing about 30 minutes of what remains so we can possibly have a Q/A afterwards.

After G-fest, on November 3rd 2014, I will then release the full version of GBR on youtube.

So as of this past weekend, I was able to set up a rough draft 640x480 low res with all unleveled sound and music added and all 92 min accounted for. After which I took a quick vacation to visit my grandparents on their farm in Arkansas (both over 90 and still going strong ) and visit my friend Jacob Baker (whom you all may know as Hyper Godzilla or Varan Ecqlipse from Gfest) and his family).

I've shown this final rough cut to both my family in AR and to the Bakers. Needless to say they all enjoyed it very much so. Jacob Baker also had this to say:

- "A loving tribute to the generations of Godzilla films made possible by hard work of the generations of Godzilla fans."

Expect some big updates very soon and a "Final Trailer" on Youtube upon the release of the Legendary Pictures film.

As far as G-fest is concerned, I haven't heard anything back on when/where it'll aire there, but I can leak this much. I've decided that since the room we packed got to see about an hour's worth of my film last year, it might make sense to whip up a five minute speed through of what we saw last year with a voice over from my character "Razor Shark" summarizing what happened for both fans who saw it before and fans who were not there. Then we kick it off from the Akira Takarada cameo/Battle Royale Sequence and let it play out for the remaining 32 minutes. This way, I'll be more able to do a Q/A with the attendees and those who were involved if they choose to attend and take questions on what all went into the film. Also, fans will get to witness the return of Jacob Baker's "Hyper Godzilla" suit in my film. And without leaking too much, I can honestly say that his fights in the film are by far "my favorites" in this project and I guarantee it'll be an epic sequence for those who were fans of his suits.

Anyways, we're in the final stages of sound leveling. And then comes the most hectic and final part of my project. The exports. First one will be its full 640x480 true resolution and then a modified 1920x1080 high resolution version. Later on, I'll try and hack down to a shorter version for other possible convention showcases or presentations if possible. Also I'd like to try and have a "Super-8/Grindhouse" 15 minute speed through version for *@($s and giggles. Also a "gag-reel" of all our mess ups and sailor talk (both censored and uncensored versions). If I could get someone to help me with a possible "behind the scenes" video down the road that would be great too.
