Yes, thanks for reposting that. I'm not sure what part of the word animating people are finding hard to understand. Computers are used to implement all optical effects in films, 2D or otherwise.

Kenji Suzuki.

I think his first major-major SPFX directing gig was Mothra 3? And it also seems he's worked on the Ultra series for Cosmos, Max, Mebius, and Seven X.
