Good job. Did the wires for Mechagodzilla's rock give it away? While it's not my favorite Showa MG movie, it's still cool to watch.

I still love seeing the wires in these movies.

Heh, I always thought it was supposed to be wounds where Ebirah had stabbed him with the thin pointy claw.

It never occurred to me as a kid those were holes for the suit actor to see/breath through... Or that I was seeing the actor inside the suit!

Yup. Good eye. The middle movie (MvsG '64, GTTHM '64, Monster Zero '65) of what I think is the real high point of Showa series.

Guys? I never could figure out what exactly this was. Rodan's claws on his feet???

Correct again. I'm gonna have to post harder pics. I remember when GvsMG '93 came out, many regarded this movie as THE Heisei G film of the entire series.





Not my favorite Rodan.


A little more flashy than the one in GvsMG '74


I love the smoke effect coming out the side of his mouth.

I suppose it's better than what it's sandwiched between, but on its own merits, it's a pretty dull, bland film and has some truly, truly AWFUL scenes (like anything involving the flying pteranodon vehicle)
