Cool suits/puppets...music is ATROCIOUS, but the effects work is grand.

^I feel like he's going for a "what if Tom Waits was a rapper!" kind of thing. An idea that sounds interesting, but the execution...

I posted this when I had no access to sound. Upon listening to it, the music itself is okay for the most part, what I can get out of the lyrics seem cool, but they're mashed together in such a manner that is very unappealing. If it was executed more like spoken word it probably would be better. But digging a little at the site and apparently the guy is remixing his own work. More power to him and I hope the next one is just as visually awesome.

This is footage posted on Reddit from a pachinko game (I think) This footage pisses me off because it looks so much better than the garbage we got in GFW. That Godzilla/Anguirus fight alone was beautiful. Also I know the mire-goji suit is one of the more divisive suits in the fandom, but I think its absolutely beautiful in motion instead of just standing around not doing anything.

^ Koichi Kawakita directed that monster footage. It's actually the Giragoji Godzilla suit from Megaguirus. I'm a fan of that suit too although I prefer the darker green skin and less garish purple dorsal fins of Miregoji.

There were a couple of Japanese promotional DVDs released in 2006 but they didn't include all of the monster footage from the Pachinko games.

That video really reminds me how amazing the angrius suit was in GFW.
Also, weird seeing blue come from the Giragoji suit.

Okay, I'll admit I am one of those people who felt that Ifukube music would not fit in this movie, but somehow it came off really good.

Maybe because it doesn't use "The Godzilla Theme", but the Godzilla Terror Theme from the 60s?

Now that was interesting. I wonder if someone out there with the time, equipment and know-how could do something like that with the whole movie? At first, I was one of those that said it wouldn't work (even though I'm a huge Ifukube fan). After seeing that sample, I'm not so sure.
