All I'm missing is the firing hand now.
I got lucky finding the one with the broken body.. was the ONLY thing broken on it.
Toenails, rollers, tail & head were all pristine.

I had molds made for the firing hand and was just about ready to cast a reproduction from Polyurethane, but the molds disappeared somewhere.. Haven't found them yet & it's been several years now.
(Prolly got thrown away by accident)

I could go through the whole process again.. but it'd be a pain.

Step #1. Latex mold of Godzilla's non firing hand
Step #2. Melt modeling clay into Mold - allow to cool
Step #3. Remove from mold - Cut off thumb.
Step #4. resculpt the texture where the thumb was
Step #5. Stick the thumb on the other side of the hand and resculpt the texture there.
Step #6 make a Latex mold of the new hand
Then do the whole thing again for the bit that sticks into the arm's "Action" for lack of a better term.

I've still got all my old Shoguns.. Mazinga, Raydeen Gaiking & Daimos.. Unfortunately the Daimos is in fragments.

That's them!

Not much left of 'em today. Bits are in a box in my folks' attic.
One cool thing about my mom is she never threw away any of my toys.

My favorite toys of the era, though were the Micronauts.
Unfortunately, like the Shoguns, there was no backstory until the comic books.
And cool as I thought those were (Micheal Golden was the best comic artist of the decade, IMO) they just didn't match the TOYS!!
