That little prolouge was the first time I ever saw Godzilla way back in 1986. So it's always funny to me when people talk about it - or even say they've never heard of it before. I still have the VHS tape that the prologue version of TofMG was taped on, it's part of my childhood. :peace: :color:

^It isn't too well known so it's not suprising you've never heard of it. I was informed about first when I read Steve Ryfle's (awesome) book. I'm so excited about the DVD, not only because of the prologue, but because I've only seen the full cut of ToMG once, two years ago at G-Fest on the big screen.

There was a Chinese DVD cut of the film that I wish I had never let go of which included the (dubbed) profane language. If we don't get that version from Classic Media AND the boobie shot from Japan, the film is NOT complete!!!
