Terror of Mechagodzilla - Godzilla's dramatic arrival in Tokyo, appearing over the horizon as a silouhette, firing his heat ray at Titanosaurus, and being revealed as a flash of lightning illuminates him from the background.

The Return of Godzilla - Godzilla destroying the Super X by knocking an entire skyscraper down onto it, smothering it; the camera slowly pans in on Godzilla's face, and Koroku's hauntingly menacing Godzilla theme cues in as Godzilla lets out a low roar; the whole scene emphasizes the angle of just how unstoppable Godzilla really is.

Godzilla vs. Destroyer - The slow revelation at the end of the movie as the camera moves through the fog onto the adult Godzilla Junior.

Godzilla, Mothra, and King Ghidorah - Godzilla charging up his heat ray to attack the JSDF as Mothra sneaks up to ambush him, only for him to turn around and blow her to smithereens with one swift shot.

Godzilla: Final Wars - The entire opening sequence, from the TohoScope logo through the opening credits (I particularly liked the first 60 seconds of the movie, you know what I'm talkin' about).

1) Godzilla vs. Zilla w/ Sum 41 playing in the back, just awesome!

2) Godzilla being released from the volcano in Biollante

3) Although not my absolute favorite G movie, but the end of G2000 where he blows up the city!

4) Not a scene, but I think at the end of SpaceGodzilla where it shows Godzilla going back home and the sun in the background, great shot!

Godzilla 1985: Gojira falls into volcano.

Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah: Ghidorah attacks Fukuoka.

Godzilla vs. Mothra: The Battle for Earth: The opening scence (Godzilla awakens). Shojobin sings Mothra's song. Metamorphosis of Battra. Ending.

Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II: Opening titles. Godzilla awakens to fight Super Mechagodzilla.

Godzilla vs. Destroyer: Opening titles. Godzilla melts down.

Godzilla, Mothra & King Ghidorah: After rising from the sea, Gojira attacks the city and uses his heat ray, which results in an atomic explosion. Godzilla kills Baragon and Mothra. Ghidorah absorbs Mothra's soul and tranforms into King Ghidorah. Ending - beating of Godzilla's lone hart.

Godzilla: Tokyo SOS: The opening scene (Jest and Mothra). Shojobin sings Mothra's song. Godzilla fights Mothra. Death of Mothra.

Not a Godzilla scene, but ridiculously cool....

in Gamera:GOTU, whenever the helicopter is chasing the Gyaos out of the stadium and through the night vision goggles the water shoots up and reveals Gamera, unseen at this point in the film.
