I don't think you can get it anywhere. It was written by ADV Films' Matt Greenfield solely for the extra bit of end credits for their VHS release of Gamera: Guardian of the Universe (and was dusted off and brought back for some of the DVD featurettes). So, unless someone were to record it from the DVD, I doubt there'd be anywhere to get it.
You could ask ADV Films, I suppose...
