Something I don't understand....

Spinning flame-jetted turtles, space birds being chopped up like bologna, kids in shorts screaming for help...the original Gamera series was a strange mix of wacky fun!! The 90's Gamera films set a standard that other kaiju films are measured against! Discuss Gamera films here!!

If I remember right tho, during the beginning of Gamera III, the Gaos fired it's lazer beam, a little boy fell, and Gamera put us arm over the boy to defrect the lazer beam. The way I see it, Gamera may have grown tired of man trying to attack him, but yet still saw innocence through children.

But then you have to consider whether Gammy even noticed the kid or not. Which then would lead us to question his intentions and if he really does care for humans or not.
