There's in episode 15 of KAMEN RIDER BLACK. (Not a giant.) Also, in episode 24 of ZYURANGER. He does get to grow to giant size at the end of the episode. Neither of these are technically kaiju, but they're Japanese men-in-suit terrapins, so why not?
