In the film, each time a monster appears, there's a little caption onscreen telling us who it is. I think I know what they're called except for Viras, but I'd like to be sure.
1. Supersonic Monster: Gaos
2. Deep-Sea Monster: Zigra
3. ?: Viras
4. Demon Beast: Jiger
5. Evil Beast: Guiron
6. Chilling Monster: Barugon
Does anyone know for sure?

The characters for Viras' subtitle in Gamera: Super Monster are "Suichuu Kaijuu" ("Underwater Monster").

But this was the beginning of a new timeline right? This movie stands on it's own and doesn't carry the timeline of the first 7 Gamera flicks?
