Yeah, definitely looking forward to that one. GMK is one of my favorite suits. The after discontinuance prices of the SH monsterarts are crazy for what you are getting. Also, with the $100 '62 set price I just said no I am not doing that....went with the neca pre order instead. '62 is my all time favorite suit and Godzilla film. If I see a SH for $70-75 total or less, I would take it though.

Update: Seller backed out because they listed it in error as too cheap they said. Then refunded me without reaching out to me 1st. If an honest mistake, I would be like no problem. They did it in a skreoonked way imo. Well, I bit the bullet and bought it a retail price above my imaginary $75 limit too. Got psyched anticipating it. So much for a great deal.

^ Boo. That sucks.

I've had a few issues lately with getting good deals only for the seller to say it already sold and cancelling the sale

That’s such BS. I had that happen one time a few months ago. Won the item for the opening bid price, paid, then received notice the seller canceled the sale with no explanation. I got my money back, but it ticked me off that there was seemingly no repurcussions for the seller and now way for me to leave feedback over it.

Exactly this....Sellers are where they make their money from.

The Toynami Shogun Godzilla arrived today. Feels like a flashback from Christmas morning almost 40 years ago.

My latest was S.H. Figuarts Dan Moroboshi. It's a very nice figure, accurate sculpt and paint details.

Today was a double box day. I received S.H. Figuarts Pandon/Reconstructed Pandon and Ultraman Type A. Great figures, love them both!

Image isn’t working. I looked at the url you used and it goes to an error page. I think maybe you grabbed the wrong one? I haven’t used imageshack in ages, but regardless of what image hosting you use, you want to grab the direct link to the image to put between the “img” tags.

I can see it though....strange. I'll try the other pic hosting.

Did you get a custom paint job? It looks red/pink.

Nah, room lighting is muted, no flash. Going for an artsy look.

Huh. I still can’t see the picture. Which is weird since I can see the pictures you’ve put in previous posts.

I was finally able to get my hands on an S.H. Monsterarts Space Godzilla that I got at a very good price. It was previously owned but in great condition. I've always wanted to get this one since I missed out on the initial releases.

My latest was the Dasin Saitama One Punch Man figure. It's very nice, similar to the articulation on Figuarts. I like it enough that i'll also be getting Genos from that line as well.

I'm not surprised at the similarity of the engineering, that company Dasin basically ripped off Figuarts engineering for the body (and the base, of all things, but with an interesting take on the stand arm).

I got me one of those Bandai Ultimate Structure sets today from ebay. Pretty cool buildings, though they are small.

yeah I looked into getting some from the first set but then realized they were for the High grade size figures and passed on them. Wish there were some that were good with Movie Monster series scale. I would like one of those Fuel cell tanks but they are pretty small

I got the Evolution Toy HAF Jumborg 9. It's ok. Their Fireman figure was nicer, felt more solid. On this one, the upper chest is a bit wonky/jiggly, but not enough that it falls off. As many beams and attacks as Jumborg 9 had, they don't include any of those type of accessories, just an extra belt that's identical to the one he's wearing, and some smaller chest plates that allows for more range of movement in the arms, especially forward.

Picked up the Bandai Kaiju Bangaichi Baragon. YIKES !!!! It was the most expensive yet. I did not act in time to get in on the pre order unfortunately. The Hand is nice add in at least. I would like the Octopus though instead.

^ Wowzers!

I got the Biollante that Bandai made a few years ago while at an anime convention the other week. I pretty much stick to stylized vinyls these days, but how could I turn down Biollante?
