Godzilla's testes do not go through meiosis, but rather nuclear fission and therefore do not produce actual sperm. It does however create a superheated radioactive fluid. This fluid is conducted up through his spines (hence the glow) and upon hitting the air, turns into a plasma.

Relax people, I know that it isnt Hot Sperm, just I didnt find how to call it (and the fact that I saw one of shin-gojis Jokes talking about it
