Old Region 3 DVD of GMK from Hong Kong?

I'm trying to gather some information about this DVD, because I've heard that the English subtitles on this are much more accurate to the Japanese dialogue. If anyone knows anything about this, just how accurate are these subtitles? Like, could anyone quote some of them if it's not too much trouble? I'd really like to know if I should indeed track this disc down. I believe it's this one? If anyone has knowledge of this I'd really appreciate it.

According to Jim Ballard's of Universe Laser's region-3 GMK DVD on the old Tokyo Monsters website, the "main selling point for the disc is the accurate subtitles, but other than that you're far better off picking up Sony's Region-1 release."

The downloadable English subtitle script that was available on Tokyo Monsters was actually transcribed from the Universe Laser DVD's subtitles. I've got that subtitle file saved. Here's a downloadable via Google Drive. It's an 89 KB .ssa text file which you can open in any text editing program and read at your leisure. It syncs up with Sony's region-1 DVD so you can use that DVD and this script to burn yourself a DVD-R copy of GMK with these subtitles.

I used to own the Region 3 DVD and I can definitely say the subtitles are far more accurate than Sony's. However, the video quality was lackluster even by 2002 standards.
