... and I saw that size chart a while back! I find it funny that for all the wondering whether the Legendary and Shin Godzillas are too big both are still quite a bit shorter than the Queen Legion.

^ My favorite detail is that it includes Godzilla from the beginning and end of the Showa series, which isn't necessary for the size chart, but acknowledges the immense change the character underwent.

I've always wanted to see a modern movie that keeps Godzilla at his original 50 meters and has him absolutely dwarfed by contemporary skyscrapers and just not being all that threatening, then rolls from there.

It'll never happen, but I want it.

This shot was one of several from Rodan that was recycled for Monster Zero. This same shot (taken from a 16mm print of MZ) was used in the prologue of UPA's television version of Terror of Mechagodzilla, and that of course was later cropped down to 1.78:1 for the transfer shown on Monsters HD and on DVD from Classic Media. So I went and looked. Seems Frank's G/MG piece DID NOT feature Katsura. I'm sure the Linda Miller (swoon) bit in the KK/MK piece is just a flair. It's cool. I dig it.
