Godzilla Soundtrack Challenge

Whelp, everyone seemed to enjoy the well enough. I'll likely do it again in the future, but in the meantime lets try something new. This tests fan knowledge of kaiju scores, sort of like Russzilla's old did with images obviously.

Rules:
Listen to the 30 second clip. There may be up to 4 questions per clip. (And maybe some bonus questions for an extra challenge.) Answer all the questions to the best of your knowledge, but be sure of yourself because what you post will be your final answer. The first person to answer each question correctly gets a point. If a question is answered incorrectly it will be given to the next member who replies with the correct answer.

EXAMPLE:

Member 01 gets 2 points for being the first to answer two of the questions correctly. Member 02 gets 1 point for correctly answering the question Member 01 missed.

The typical questions asked:
1) What movie is the clip from?
2) Who specifically composed the piece? (Not who created the themes in it.)
3) What character's theme is heard in the clip? (Usually a monster or human character. There might be multiple.)
4) What scene is it from? (Be as specific as you can here, but I'll be fairly lenient.)

I'm going to give canofhumdingers a point for the composer despite the fact Robinson was the sole creator of that specific piece. I suppose I wasn't specific enough with that, but lets stick to who actually created the piece itself. I don't think any two composers actually doubled up and/or collaborated on a specific track, so we'll keep it to the sole creator of the piece from here on out.

As for Character themes, I'm looking for something much more simple. Not track titles from previous soundtracks, but the actual character(s)/monster(s) its underscoring. (Despite the fact Godzilla has various themes from different composers. What's his is his.)

I'll concede Hattori since I really don't know if any of his work was actually included in that clip (though it certainly bookends it). But you can't give Robinson sole credit for that track. It's just an updated cue from Ifukube. It's the film score equivalent of a cover song. It's like giving Van Halen sole credit for "Dancing in the Street."

This is a total stab in the dark and I expect to be completely wrong...

At first I was tempted to say this was from G'54 'cause it kinda has that wavery-ness to it from old recordings but there's just something about it (too bombastic?) that strikes me as very 90's Ifukube. I dunno. I'm eager to find out what it actually is. I'm sure I'll be smacking my forehead.

Yeah I think you got it. I was having a really hard time placing it. It's instantly familiar but also rather ubiquitous sounding. You could've told me it was from any number of films in the 60's or even Gigan and I have probably accepted it as true.
