Only a small handful were permanently banned in 2005, and for every Hajime there was a Gendou. I'm not saying that members have not left, I'm just saying that to factor in bans would be a huge exaggeration.
GFW's User Rating on , however, has dropped from around 8.0 to 6.4 (out of 10) since the DVD was released and the number of votes went from 30 to 400+. MEGALON is at 3.5. GMK is at 7.2. That is about as I expected, once the "general public" weighed in.

Well, here we go again. I've been a Godzilla fan and watching his movies for 30 years now, and I have to say that GFW did not have the feel of watching a Godzilla movie. Whatever Kitamura's vision was for this movie, he failed horribly. It was not the way the big G should've been sent off for his 50th birthday into hiatus. Toho, you need only to look at your glorious, golden past of Godzilla movies, to once again give Godzilla a bright future.
