GFW trailer music

Postby GiganGoji » Sat Jul 23, 2005 2:14 am

I finally found the other song.

Apart from "Redrum" by Immediate Music, the other music used it "Tightwire", also by Immediate Music. It's on their website.

Well done, GiganGoji. Now, do you know what the trailer music for Tokyo SOS is?

this was also mentioned before. It was another Trailer Music company but I forget the company name. However James from TM should know it and maybe someone can search that company's files.

Hey, sorry to bring up this old thread. I was trying to go through my old harddrive with my creative digital works I've done over the years. One of them was a GFW teaser trailer that I made with cool trailer music from immediate music in mid 2004. Unfortunately I could not find my file and I'm afraid it might have been lost due to a harddrive failure I had a few years back. This was before youtube and the file I believe was in mpeg or avi format. I created the teaser with stock footage and had Gorosaurus in it before they decided to use Zilla prior to Toho's real trailer.

I had to remove the trailer from my website as requested by Toho and I did a search on the MZ forum and only 2 threads came up, this and the one below. Looks like I did a good job removing it from the internet cause I couldn't find it anywhere. Not sure if anyone here saved it off way back then but if you did and still have a copy, can you please send me a copy of it? Huge thanks!

Toho has always been known for this. They are super sensitive about their character and they even said they were going to sue me if I didn't remove my fan made GFW teaser trailer from my website when GFW was still in production. The original teaser they was a black screen with some stomping and roaring. It didn't catch my attention so I figured to create my own teaser using stock footage for fun and to spread the news about the upcoming movie. After spending hours on it, I felt like I was stabbed in the heart when I got the email from Toho's lawyers. Come on Toho, what is wrong with you people? Funny that they used the same music I picked from immediate music's collection when the real trailer was made. Didn't something happen over at Toho Kingdom where they had to replace the logo of their website?
