No...I think I fooled you on that one. It's an American Bandai Creations 1954 Godzilla with one of the promo items I got from the premiere of Final Wars placed in there between the figure and the packaging.

Unless you ment the orange one on top. That's a Japanese theatre exclusive from Godzilla vs Megaguirus.
