First time I watched it since I was 10 or 11 (I must have been a weird kid).

Battle in Outer Space

Despite Mysterians having a stronger story this film was just more fun!

Been gone for a while. Lately I've watched the Japanese cut of Mothra, and the Japanese cut of Battle in Outer Space.

"Drunken Angel"

Nice early Kurosawa, and his first time working with Toshiro Mifune. He and Shimura were excellent.

I'm on a huge non-Godzilla Toho kick lately. I blame the Icons of Sci-Fi DVD.

i just watched fanboys the other day...this movie wasn't bad at all but i really thought it was gonna be better given the first act...it was good, but it's not really hard to see why this movie was never promoted or given a wide release

a touch disappointing but not a bad 'lazy day' movie

recently: The Birds

No Country for Old Men

The Boondock Saints in Blu-Ray

It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.... the "restored" 3 hour version from the mid 90's

The Big Sleep

Humphry Bogart is private detective Phillip Marlow. Tough cases he can handle but witty retorts are his specialty.

The H-Man

Loved it when I saw it on TCM months ago and love it more now that I've seen the original cut.

The Theif of Bagdad

How did Disney get away with ripping off this film so completely with Aladdin?

I really liked this movie.

i prefer remakes of movies, like Mr. Smith Goes to Washington with Mel Gibson "all opposed, say DIE!"

It's great, isn't it? Which version did you see, Japanese or U.S....? Naturally, the Japanese version is much better.

:th-up: !!! :D

Just watched the Heisei Gamera Trilogy over the last few nights. Best Kaiju Eiga out of the entire Heisei and Millenium periods.

ALSO, when I get a chance to show one of these to the Great Unwashed, (it's usually G3), they're usually blown away to see how good these movies can be.
