^ Wow, that sucks. Was your actual *ticket* something you could print out, or a barcode/QR code on a device?---
If you still have it, and the theater isn't too far away, I'd still try to go, and once your there, if the code did not scan, I'd argue that its paid for. Somehow I wouldn't think it would be sold out, even with the exclusivity...
Unless on the other hand there was an error and they overbooked the theater, and this is their way of trying to do damage control... It still sucks nonetheless, keep trying to contact them if you have free time, that IS unacceptable.
There are no more good TV Shows, only ones that haven't disappointed me yet.
