Heisei Godzilla's Age

It's occurred to me that, of all the versions of Godzilla, Heisei Godzilla is probably the only one (besides Minilla or Junior) that we can actually work out an age in real numbers.

The rest of the Godzillas - Showa, the various Millenniums, Legendary - are kept entirely vague, their age is either never brought up or they're suggested to be Ancient. G'54 and G'14, specifically, are suggested to possibly be "millions" of years old.

Heisei Godzilla, on the other hand, was a seemingly regular dinosaur living on an island in the South Pacific. No explanation is given for where Godzillasaurus came from or how he ended up on Lagos, but it's pretty clearly established that he didn't become Godzilla until after the 1970s nuclear accident. Presuming nothing bizarre, he presumably was hatched from an egg either on or near Lagos, living peacefully for a real-dinosaur-esque period before reaching adulthood and fighting the US Marine Corps. in 1944.

So, how old was he?

Let's say Godzilla in 1944 was a full-grown adult, but still relatively young (thus, comparable to the rest of the warriors on Lagos). Godzillasaurus seems to have been inspired, at least partially, by Tyrannosaurus Rex. Some brief Google searches (including Wikipedia) suggests that T-Rex could live as long as 30 years, reaching their full adult size between the ages of 16 and 20.

Let's slice down the middle there and say he was 18 years old in 1944.

He was then frozen in the iceberg by the Futurians for about 30 years, at which point the nuclear accident occurred and he became the 80 meter Godzilla from RoG and GvB. He grew to 100 meters in 1992 (when GvKG takes place) and died of a nuclear meltdown in 1996 (when GvD took place).

So, when he died, Heisei Godzilla was 70 years old in real numbers.

Since he was frozen for 30 years, though, he was probably more like 40 physically. And who knows what that meant for him post-mutation...had he not absorbed so much extra radiation, might he have lived forever?

Thoughts? Am I on to something, or am I just yammering nonsense?

The Godzillasaurus from 1944 might not be the same monster from 1954 and 1984. the 1954 and the 1984 Godzilla could have been his/her kids. The Godzilla of the 1991 movie could have been an altered version of the one from 1944.
